Let me introduce you to the art of allowing.

Often men tell me they don’t have a chance to show women their ability to step up, problem-solve, protect, and provide with integrity because women are constantly emasculating them.

A huge part of women’s frustration with men comes from the fact that women are not allowing them to have a chance to be the man they want them to be. Therefore, women get more frustrated. It’s a vicious cycle.

You may be emasculating the men in your life without even realizing it. Examples:

  1. Do you cut men off when they are trying to think and speak?
  2. Do you disrupt a man’s problem-solving process because it’s not the same speed or style as yours?
  3. Do you hold a man to the same expectations you hold other women to?

If you answered yes to a couple of these, you may be taking on the masculine energy in the dynamic between you and a man, which sets him up for failure.

When you emasculate a man, he will feel shut down and powerless. So he starts to give up and stops trying to make you happy. Then you incorrectly perceive him as being lazy.

The medicine is learning the art of allowing. By taking a step back, slowing down, and allowing a man to take the lead, you reinforce his masculine abilities and strength.

I’m not telling you to be passive or weak. I’m teaching you how to conserve and redirect your own precious energy in a way that empowers YOU in a new way.

When you allow a man to think, to speak, and to problem-solve at his pace, you give him permission to access his masculine power. And a man who feels like his power is more attentive, more protective, and more present.

He’s engaged because you’ve created space for him to be himself! In this dynamic, you have stopped managing him like a child and you instead lead with your feminine frequency.

The art of allowing is one of the most powerful tools you have to transform your relationships with men. But it requires you to understand your own feminine power, and how to communicate differently. This is deep work, and it’s life changing.

Let’s explore what this looks like for you. Book an explore call with me.
