There are 3 things you must believe before your love life can change.

You can do all the healing work. You can see all the therapists. But if you don’t change your mindset and energy… nothing will change. Here are the 3 beliefs:

Belief 1: “You are worthy of the relationship you want, worthy of healing and worthy of your desires”.

And here’s the real secret: you get to decide you are worthy.

It doesn’t matter how much validation from others you get, you’ll never truly feel worthy until the day you decide for yourself that you. just. are. Worthy of complete, unconditional love.

Your sense of self-worth has to come from the divine within you, not the external validation, not from your achievements and not from a man.

Since the Divine is inside of you, you have the divine right to decide your own worthiness as the Creator of your own reality.

Belief 2: “What you want is possible”.

You can name all the ways you want to change your life, but if deep down you don’t believe it’s possible, you’ll never see any results.

Strengthen your spiritual practice until you believe in the power your thoughts, words, and actions have in changing your reality.

Open your mind to the possibility that your desires are true.

If you think all men are deep down objectifying or unavailable, your external reality will reflect that. Try this instead: “I believe it’s possible for men to be good. I believe it’s possible for me to meet these men. I believe it’s possible for me to live a life where I interact with good men more than bad ones.”

Belief 3: “There is a divine power behind your desires”.

Start with understanding your “why.”

What is the real reason you desire to change and heal your relationship to men?

Not just so that you receive your desires, but the big “why” behind it: ask the most authentic, aligned-with-God-Goddess self version of you and see what you come up with.

Here’s a few examples of a big “why”:

• To experience freedom from fear.
• To experience unconditional love so that I can share it with my future children.
• To give your inner child the love she always wanted.

When you work on these 3 things: 1) your divine worthiness, 2) your beliefs about possibility, 3) your “why” you will shift your energy, men will feel it and you become an unstoppable magnet!
