How I Healed My Relationship To Men

I didn’t know how to trust men.

I was broken, anxious, in war with my body, and terrified of my own power. Since childhood I was always told I was “too much,” “too emotional,” or even selfish and high-maintenance. As a typical first-born daughter, I learned to people-please, to play the character that kept me safe, to fit in and to excel.

On the outside I was a top performer, but on the inside I couldn’t handle the pressure. Sound familiar?

The pressure I was under came with a cost: I had crippling anxiety and constant exhaustion, so I did everything I could to numb my body and overwhelming feelings. I tried medication and many kinds of therapy, and still struggled with a debilitating eating disorder and panic attacks.

Desperate for a solution, I discovered past-life trauma healing and regressions. Through that work, I learned that beneath my success was a nervous system carrying past-life patterns that didn’t belong in this life anymore.

Through psychic work and past-life healing, I learned to soften into a life of pleasure, creativity, peace, and deep, meaningful partnership. I stopped fighting, proving, and trying to be the strong one all the time.

My nervous system regulated, my body rebalanced, my anxiety disappeared, and my relationships transformed. I manifested six-figure careers over and over, healed the trauma in my body, and experienced multiple soul-contract partnerships where all my needs and desires were met.

Over time I channeled this knowledge into a practice for others: psychic and past-life healing, past-life astrology readings, tantric human design, sexual empowerment, and desire-based coaching.

I bridge the spiritual and the practical because both matter, and walking in both worlds is authentic to me. Your story can look different from mine, but your transformation is possible: My intention is that you trust yourself, your intuition, and your capacity to create and receive without apology.

Welcome to my world
