I go into a deep meditative state. I put up a layer of protection. I am clairvoyant and clairaudient. I call in my spirit guides to help me see and hear information. I invite in any of your spirit guides to come forward or speak through my guides. I tell you what I see and hear. You can ask questions. We interpret it together.

Tantra is an ancient spiritual path, rooted in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, that teaches spiritual awakening through direct, lived experience. The root word “Tan” in “Tantra” translates in the ancient Sanskrit language to “to weave.” Tantra is about weaving consciousness into all aspects of life, so we can feel more alive moment to moment!

Rather than a goal of spiritual transcendence or mastery, which can feel unattainable and rooted in perfectionism, Tantra invites deep presence with sensation, energy, emotion, meditation, breath, movement, and self-awareness to reveal what is sacred within the body, relationships, and everyday life.

The definition I was given years ago of Tantra was that “Even the dirty is sacred”. It is a spirituality that is meant to be accessible for all people, all backgrounds, bodies, and social statuses, and show us that the dark, messy, and imperfect parts of ourselves are just as worthy and divine as any others. Everything in life is sacred if you’re present to it.

The word "Tantra" itself comes from the Sanskrit words "tanoti,” meaning to stretch or expand, and "trayati,” meaning instrument or technique. A Tantric lifestyle is one that is expansive and liberating.

Human Design is a holistic, esoteric non-secular system visually represented by “Bodygraph” charts. It combines the I'Ching, Chakra energy centers, Astrology, etc.

Human design tells us about the way our energy is designed to flow through our body in it’s most powerful, authentic, and pure state. Knowing this information helps us to find our true selves, validate our real desires and uniqueness, and particularly understand how we can have the best relationships for us.

A human design reading will give you a greater understanding of:

• Your unique power + innate strengths, in alignment with your purpose, or Dharma

• The way your energy is designed to flow through your physical body and aura field… how to keep yourself healthiest and best day-to-day life structure for you

• The way your energy is designed to flow to and from other people in your life; the best types of relationships and people for you

• Where you are the most vulnerable to conditioning or "your weaknesses"

• The fastest way for you to manifest your desires and become successful (career, love, money, sexuality, relationships, power)

• The kind of people, careers, relationships, and environments you should cultivate in your life to be the most successful, healthy, at peace, and at ease

• How does your sexual energy flow through your body — and how are you expressing it in ways to others you don’t even realize?

• How can you feel more empowered in your sex life by understanding the sexual mechanics of your Human Design chart?

• How might your own sacral conditioning be limiting your sexual expression?

• What does a healthy sacral center really mean — for sacral and non-sacral beings?

• What truths are hidden behind the misconceptions about non-sacral beings (Projectors, Manifestors, Reflectors) and their so-called “lack of sex drive” or “unhealthy” sacral energy?

Much of what is taught about Human Design today differs significantly from how it was originally channeled and intended to be understood and applied. Like any spiritual system, Human Design has evolved over time, giving rise to multiple interpretations and teaching styles.

The version most people are familiar with is often called Jovian Human Design, which emphasizes “living your design” and categorizes individuals by fixed “types.” 

In my experience, I have seen that Jovian Human Design alone can be very limiting for people and very easily misunderstood. The point of Human Design is to free you of conditioning, empower you in self-trust, and rid you of labels, not put you in another box and tell you if you’re living your life “right” or not. 

I teach Human Design in a unique, Tantric way because I am focused on:

• Human Design is an awareness system for conscious relating, to yourself and to others. Through greater self-awareness, we learn how to be in more conscious, loving relationships with the people in our lives. This creates a more harmonious and peaceful way of living.

• Expanding and liberating you from labels, “types”, fear, conditioning, what you think you’re doing “wrong” or how you “should” be living.

• Sexual energy as a primary energy; the mechanics of how your sexual energy runs through your body and interacts with others, in ways you can or cannot see, and therefore how your sexuality affects your lived experience. 

My Tantric Human Design method is more holistic, authentic, and relationship-focused than mainstream Human Design. It is also more equitable and inclusive. I believe it is philosophically the best way to teach and learn Human Design.
