This is my personal favorite process that I have used for years! Spiritual leaders often preach “letting go” of the past, painful memories or traumas. I don’t know about you but “letting go” of something that is hurting me or bothering me is nearly impossible for me, and I don’t believe it’s meant to work that way. Instead, I use a much more empowering process than trying to “let go” of something to transform what I don’t want into what I do want, where my pain is simply fuel for a fire to create something new. This meditation teaches you how to access one of your greatest powers, the ability to alchemize and transform your pain to something beautiful that feels expansive and empowering.
