No session is alike! I prepare ahead of time using your intake information, and then I use my custom, consultative method to curate the best experience for you, based on your needs and desires in the present moment.

I go into a deep meditative state. I put up a layer of protection. I am clairvoyant and clairaudient. I call in my spirit guides to help me see and hear information. I invite in any of your spirit guides to come forward or speak through my guides. I tell you what I see and hear. You can ask questions. We interpret it together.

Human Design is a holistic, esoteric non-secular system visually represented by “Bodygraph” charts. It combines the I'Ching, Chakra energy centers, Astrology, etc.
Human design tells us about the way our energy is designed to flow through our body in it’s most powerful, authentic, and pure state. I teach a blend of Jovian (the most commonly known style of human design, with types like “Projector” and “Generator”) + Zen Human Design.
Zen Human Design is actually the original channeled Human Design system. Much like religion, different styles and variations of human design have evolved over the years. The type of human design you most likely have heard of is called Jovian Human Design, which refers to “living your design” and gives people a label based on their “type”. This is actually not original Human Design in the way it was intended to be taught!
In my experience, I have seen that Jovian Human Design alone can be very limiting for people and very easily misunderstood.
On the other hand, Zen Human Design is more feminine, Yin, and relationship-focused. It is also more equitable and inclusive. I believe it is the best philosophically to teach and learn.

I have 2 degrees in Education, including a Master’s in Instructional Design.
I have 6+ years of classroom teaching experience and I know how to use pedagogy (learning theory) to design and deliver instruction to help you learn.
Grounded & Accessible
If it’s your first time dipping your toe into something like this, know that I will walk you through each step, and it’s ok to be new and curious.
We usually start with a meditation. It’s ok if you’ve never meditated before or don’t think you’re very good at it. I will do most of the work.
I may give you information and data about yourself using several spiritual systems, which you may choose to use or not; it’s all optional. You pick and choose what resonates with you. I will then use a consultative coaching style to help you interpret the information, and then integrate it into your life. The goal of integrating this information is to help you with areas such as:
Self acceptance, compassion, + forgiveness
Self-efficacy and self-confidence
Breaking karmic patterns and cycles in your life
